Who this policy covers
This policy describes the information collected when you browse Tower Rush Canada, why we collect it and the choices you have. The site is an independent guide to one crash game. We do not run a casino, we never take bets and you cannot open an account with us, so very little personal information passes through these pages. We still want to explain it clearly.
Information we collect
There are no forms on this site and we never ask for your name, email address, phone number or banking details. When you visit, our analytics service records technical details of the visit: which pages you view, roughly how long you stay, your device and browser type, an approximate location at the level of country, province or city, and the website or search that sent you here. Your IP address is used to estimate that location and is not stored by us in full.
Google Analytics and cookies
We use Google Analytics 4 to learn which guides are useful and which need work. It places first-party cookies so that a returning browser is recognized and the same visitor is not counted twice. We also record clicks on buttons that lead to a casino partner, which tells us which parts of the guide readers act on. We do not use advertising cookies, we do not build marketing profiles and we never sell data. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings or install Google's opt-out add-on, and every page will keep working.
The embedded demo
The Tower Rush demo is served by Galaxsys and only loads after you press the button. From that moment the game runs on the provider's servers, which may record technical data or set their own cookies under the provider's privacy terms. If you never press the button, no request is sent to them.
Affiliate links
Some buttons pass through a short redirect page before taking you to a casino partner. The redirect tells the partner that the visit came from us, so that a commission can be paid if you register. Once you arrive on the partner's site, its own privacy policy applies, and we suggest reading it before you sign up.
Hosting
The site is delivered by a static hosting service with a content delivery network. Like any web server, the host keeps basic technical logs, such as the IP address, the time of a request and the page requested, to keep the service secure and running, and deletes them after a limited period.
Links to other sites
Apart from the casino redirect and the demo described above, our pages only link to other pages on this site. If you arrive from a search engine or a bookmark, nothing about that earlier activity is shared with us beyond the referring address your browser sends.
How long information is kept
Analytics data is held in aggregated form for no longer than Google Analytics allows, fourteen months at most, and is then deleted automatically. We keep no other record of visitors.
Your rights
Under the Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA) you can ask what personal information an organization holds about you, ask for it to be corrected and withdraw your consent to its use. Because we never learn who you are, the simplest way to exercise those rights here is to clear your cookies, which removes the identifiers analytics relies on. If you believe your information has been mishandled, you can file a complaint with the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada.
Minors
Everything here is aimed at adult readers. Online gambling in Canada is restricted to people of legal age in their province, 19 in most provinces and 18 in Alberta, Manitoba and Quebec, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone younger.
Updates
If the way the site works changes, for instance when we add a new tool, we will revise this page and the date at the top. The version published here is always the one in force.
